NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 17, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2011-CA-054831 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff and MICHAEL ROSARIO, MARIBEL ROSARIO, SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 LUZ ROSARIO, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the Public Auction website of Lee County, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 17 day of October, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 30, 31 AND 32, BLOCK 1116, UNIT 23, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 39 THROUGH 52, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
