MORGAN ACQUISITION TRUST 2006-HE3, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE3 is the Plaintiff and ROSA M. SAGASTUME A/K/A ROSA SAGASTUME, CESAR SAGASTUME-CRUZ, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., JOHN DOE, JANE DOE and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
