NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 23 day of August, 2012, and entered in Case No. 07-CA-005701, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and luis r. arencibia, mortgage electronic registration systems, incorporated as nominee for countrywide bank, n.a., mystic gardens condominium association, inc. C/O ARAN FERNANDO S, A REGISTERED AGENT, UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A LUIS BROWN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LUIS R. ARENCIBIA and JANE DOE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 24 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 1101, BUILDING 5311, MYSTIC GARDENS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT NUMBER 200600041352 IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE AN APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED UNIT;
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
