NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed August 1, 2012 and entered in Case NO. 36-2012-CA-050553 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is the Plaintiff and GREGORY V. SNOW; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GREGORY V. SNOW N/K/A DEBBIE SNOW; LAURA SNOW; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LAURA SNOW; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; SUNTRUST BANK; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 21 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
