NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to and Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 14, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-11746, of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida wherein SPRINGLEAF HOME EQUITY, INC. f/k/a AMERICAN GENERAL HOME EQUITY, INC., Plaintiff and LUANNE M. CLERCX, UNKNOWN SPOUSE, IF ANY, OF LUANNE M. CLERCX and JOHN DOE, UNKNOWN TENANT, are Defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a. m. on September 28, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK C, PINE BAY PARK, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 30, Page 94, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Together with a 1969 CNCR Mobile Home with Identification #0312 and Title #3715311 permanently attached to the property
