Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
The South 1/2 of Grove Lot 23, less the West 100 feet thereof, less the South 162 feet more or less, Less the North 149.95 feet of the East 37.76 feet, Less the South 19.95 feet of the East 20.00 feet of the North 170 feet more or less, in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 29, Township 30 South, Range 15 East, according to the plat of Pinellas Groves, Inc., recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 55, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
AND ALSO
The East 20 feet of the South 182 feet of the South 1/2 of Grove Lot 23, Less a portion in the Southwest corner described as follows: from the intersection of the center line of 129th Street and the North line of Harbor View No. 1, Plat Book H-6, Page 4 for a Point of Commencement, travel along the North line of said Harbor View No. 1, a distance of 12 feet North 88°45'08” West for a Point of Beginning, thence travel along said line for a distance of 8.00 feet North 88°45'08” West, thence leaving said line traverse North 00°37'17” East a distance of 40 feet, thence South 10°39'50” West a distance of 40.88 feet to the Point of Beginning.
These said lands being described as follows:
For a Point of Beginning commence at the intersection of the center line of 129th Street and the North line of Harbor View No. 1, Plat Book H-6, Page 4, run along the North line of Harbor View No. 1, a bearing of North 88°45'08” West, for a distance of 12.00 feet, thence leaving said line run North 10°39'50” West a distance of 40.88 feet, thence North 00°37'17” East for a distance of 141.97 feet, thence South 88°50'20” East a distance of 20.00 feet, thence South 00°37'17” West a distance of 182.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on October 25, 2012. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Final payment must be made by 11:00 am EST on the next business day after the sale to the Clerk by cash or cashier's check.
