NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Online Sale dated August 22nd, 2012 and a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 22, 2010, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-010625 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR OWNIT MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4, is Plaintiff and MARK TSETSI, et.al, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 27th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK 47, DUNEDIN ISLES UNIT NO. 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 34 THROUGH 37 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
LOCATED: 1408 SAN MATEO DR., DUNEDIN, FL 34698.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
