NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 1, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CA-008698 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 18th day of September, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. at website: https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 6.0 FEET OF LOT L-4 AND THE WEST 14.65 FEET OF LOT L-5, TRACT A, GREEN VALLEY ESTATES UNIT TWO, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 82, PAGES 52 THROUGH 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED THEREON AND TOGETHER WITH A NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT IN COMMON WITH BUT NOT LIMITED TO ALL OTHER OWNERS OF LOTS WITHIN TRACTS A AND B OF SAID GREEN VALLEY ESTATES UNIT TWO FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS AND THE USE OF ALL COMMON AREAS OWNED BY GREEN VALLEY ESTATES VILLAS ASSOC., A FLORIDA CORPORATION NOT FOR PROFIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH GREEN VALLEY ESTATES VILLAS DECLARATION OF CONVEYANCE, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5240, PAGE 744 ET SEQ., PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS THE SAME MAY BE AMENDED TIME TO TIME.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
