NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 22, 2012, and entered in Case No. 522010CA003854XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, Bank of America, N.A. is Plaintiff and DZENANA BILAJAC, INVERNESS CONDOMINIUM II, ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATION, JOHN AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DZENANA BILAJAC, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN TENANTS CLAIMING INTEREST; et al; are defendants.
