A parcel of land lying 15 feet west of the west boundary line of Lot 8, BAY HARBOR ESTATES, according to the Plat recorded in Plat Book 65, page 63, as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County and lying in a portion of vacated Commodore Drive which vacation was recorded in Official Records Book 10669, Page 2338, Public Record of Pinellas County, Florida, said parcel being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of said Lot 8, run thence North 88º42'26” West along the westerly extension of the North boundary line of said Lot 8 for 15.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence South 00º10”50” East along a line being 15 feet westerly and parallel to the east right-of-way line of said vacated Commodore Drive for 40.03 feet; thence North 88º44'46” West for 35.02 feet to intersect with the center line of said Commodore Drive; thence North 00º10'50” West along a line being the northerly extension of said centerline for 40.05 feet to intersect with the westerly extension of the north boundary line of aforesaid Lot 8; thence South 88º42'26” East along said westerly extension for 35.02 feet to the Pint of Beginning.
