Notice is given that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 6, 2012 and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 15, 2012 entered in Case No. 2011-003451-CI of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, in which Regions Bank is the Plaintiff and BAYSIDE COMMERCIAL SMALL BUSINESS, INC., a Florida corporation and MICHAEL OGILVIE are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 13th day of December, 2012 at 10:00 a.m., at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described property set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 3 OF NORTHEAST COACHMAN PROFESSIONAL CENTER, AN OFFICE CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 12908, PAGE 1254, AS AMENDED IN OFFICAL RECORDS BOOK 12957, PAGE 1385 AND AS PER CONDOMINIUM PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 130, PAGE 48 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
