NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of August, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2007-13754-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WM SPECIALTY MORTGAGE LLC, WITHOUT RECOURSE is the Plaintiff and KATE JUANITA SMALL A/K/A KATE SMALL; CITIFINANCIAL INC D/B/A CITIFINANCIAL SERVICES INC.; FIRST HORIZON HOME LOAN CORPORATION; ANTHONY LEWIS SAULS; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 21st day of September, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, BLOCK T OF FAIRLAWN PARK MANOR UNIT TWO ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGES 75 AND 76 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
