NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of August, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-016395, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK,F.S.B is the Plaintiff and BARBARA SERIO; IMPERIAL HOMES CORPORATION, A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; INNOVATIVE ROOFING SYSTEMS INC.; MISSION HILLS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. A/K/A MISSION HILLS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCATION, INC.; PIETRO SERIO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BARBARA A. SERIO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PIETRO SERIO; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 19th day of September, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS UNIT A-75, MISSION HILLS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF MISSION HILLS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3665, PAGE 870, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEROF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 45-57, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 96-104, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
