NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January, 21, 2010, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-000821 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Benefit of the Certificate Holders, CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2007-OA8 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates. is the Plaintiff and Edward R. Ruland, II; Mary F. Caceres-Ruland; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.; Entrust of Tampa Bay, LLC FBO Susan Coker #1871; Bayview Villas Condominium Association, of Oldsmar, Inc. and Unknown Tenants/Owners are the Defendants, that the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 27 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL UNIT NO. 1, BAYVIEW VILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 12524, PAGE 66, AS CORRECTED IN O.R. BOOK 13730, PAGE 2169, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 127, PAGE 76, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
