Thence continue South 72 degrees 23 minutes 48 seconds East, 60.00 feet; thence South 17 degrees 36 minutes 12 seconds West, 167.58 feet to the Northerly right-of-way line of Murphy Avenue; Thence along the Northerly right-of-way line of Murphy Avenue by a curve to the right, radius 401.88 feet, arc 60.78 feet, chord North 63 degrees 33 minutes 23 seconds West, 60.72 feet; thence North 17 degrees 36 minutes 12 seconds East, 158.25 feet to the Point of Beginning.

Lauderdale, FL 33309, and file the original with the Clerk of the Court, within 30 days after the first publication of this notice, either before October 1, 2012 or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Gulf Coast Business Review.
