DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2007-NC3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-NC3 is Plaintiff and MARY JOAN REID; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARY JOAN REID; WILLIAM C. PETERS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM C. PETERS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR POPE MORTGAGE AND ASSOCIATES, INC.; DB50 HVAC 2005-1 TRUST C/O FCC FINANCE, LLC; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 4th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
