NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 21, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 007375 XX CICI SEC 13, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and THOMAS CONLEY A/K/A TOM CONLEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TOM CONLEY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ARBOR HEIGHTS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 4th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 408, BUILDING NO. 4, ARBOR HEIGHTS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14909 PAGE 1389, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
