THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE UNDER NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2005-4 is Plaintiff and VICTORIA R. HAYDEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VICTORIA HAYDEN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR HOME LOAN CENTER, INC. DBA LENDING TREE LOANS; LAKE SEMINOLE VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants.
