NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 22, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-007883 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-FF4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF4 is the Plaintiff and, JASON N. BIAS; and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JASON N. BIAS; and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA JAMES LAPPERT are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on the 20th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 3, BAYSIDE MEADOWS-PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 80, PAGES 62-64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
