UNIT NO. 316 OF ROYAL YACHT CLUB NORTH F/K/A CALADESI COVE, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6578, PAGE 1654, AND THE AMENDMENT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15244, PAGE 2146, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS SHOWN IN THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 97, PAGE 44, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1420 BAYSHORE BLVD, DUNEDIN, FL 34698; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on October 1, 2012 at 10:00 a.m..
