INVITATION TO BID
TO: ALL QUALIFIED BIDDERS

Sealed bids will be received by the Board of County Commissioners, Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida in the office of the Director of Purchasing, County Annex Office Building, 400 South Fort Harrison Avenue, 6th Floor, Clearwater, Florida, until September 17, 2012 @ 3:00 PM and will then and there be opened and read aloud for the following:

Services, Labor, Materials and Equipment
Required for Construction of:
Roof Overlayment & Air Handler Replacement (Projects 1, 2, & 3) - STAR Center
112-0570-CP (DF)

PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA

The total engineering estimate is $685,000.00. This bid consists of three separate projects including Northeast Addition Re-Roof at $85,000.00, East Addition Re-Roof at $400,000.00 and Building 300 Re-Roof at $200,000.00.

Contractor shall be certified in the application of the HydroStop roofing system. All roofing system work will be conducted by HydroStop certified personnel and all work shall be coordinated with HydroStop for compliance with installation and for warranty requirements of the new roof system. Proof of this qualification shall be provided in written form and is required prior to award bid, but should be submitted with bid.
