VOGT A/K/A JEFFREY DAVID VOGT; JEANETTE MELANIE VOGT A/K/A JEANETTE VOGT A/K/A JEANETTE M. VOGT; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on September 18, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

COMMENCING AT THE MOST NORTHERLY CORNER OF LOT 55 OF TARPON WOODS AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 72, PAGES 43 THROUGH 45, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN 351.39 FEET ALONG THE ARC OF A CURVE TO THE LEFT, CONCAVE TO THE SOUTHEAST, RADIUS 200.00 FEET, CHORD SOUTH 56°00'00” WEST, 307.91 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 84°20'00” WEST 50.00 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 28°01'34” EAST, 234.40 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 75°50'00” EAST, 230.00 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH 16°20'00” WEST, 100.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
