NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated AUGUST 15, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 000270 (D), of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF JANUARY 1, 2007 GSAMP TRUST 2007-FM1 is Plaintiff and ABDOL NIKUOSOKHAN, ET AL; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 19TH day of SEPTEMBER, 2012, the following described property as set forth in Final Judgment dated April 3, 2012, to wit:
