KINGSLEY, WILDEWOOD SPRINGS II-C CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; WILDEWOOD SPRINGS II COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
