Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on May 18, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
LOT 4, BLOCK E, SPANISH POINT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 17 THROUGH 22, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 5819 SPANISH POINT COURT, PALMETTO, FL 34221; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on September 18, 2012 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
