NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 24, 2012 in Civil Case No. 41-2009-CA-010056 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 25th day of September, 2012 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 4174, MIRROR LAKE CONDOMINIUM, SECTION 4, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1156, Page 198, et. Seq., and as amended, and according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 20, Pages 72 through 76, and as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
