NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 20, 2009, entered in Case No. 41-2008-CA-006884 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders CWALT, Inc. Alternative Loan Trust 2006-0C8, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-0C8 is the Plaintiff and Dustin T. Meshberger; aka Dustin Meshberger, Bank of America, N.S., and Unknown Tenants/Owners; et. al.; are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 19 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 516, BRADEN WOODS SUBDIVISION, PHASE V, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 97 THROUGH 106, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
