NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 9th day of July, 2012, in Civil Action No. 2012-CA-001705, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, in which SUSAN SWANSON DAVIS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SUSAN SWANSON DAVIS, RACQUET CLUB VILLAS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida Corporation, and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION are the Defendants, IBERIABANK, a Louisiana banking Corporation, is the Plaintiff, the Office of R.B. “Chips” Shore, Manatee Clerk of Circuit Court & Comptroller will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 10th day of October, 2012 in accordance with Florida Statute 45.031, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.manatee.realforeclose.com.,the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Manatee County, Florida:
Unit 111, Phase 111, The Racquet Club Villas, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium Recorded in Official Record Book 984, Pages 2498 to 2547, and all amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 10, Pages 182 to 185 and as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
