Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 02, 2012, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 7, OAK HAVEN SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE 167 THROUGH 172, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com , Manatee County, Florida, on September 28, 2012 at 11:00 AM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
