THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4, LYING EAST OF “BAREFOOT WILLIAMS ROAD”, SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 51 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

a/k/a 1000 BAREFOOT WILLIAMS ROAD, NAPLES, FLORIDA 34113.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash to the highest bidder, at the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, Naples at 11 o'clock a.m., on September 24, 2012 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
