THE WEST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 106, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 68, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 90, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3755 RANDALL BLVD, NAPLES, FL 34120; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on September 24, 2012 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
