Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated June 19, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 11-2011-CA-002964 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 24th day of September, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. on the 1st Floor Atrium, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 19, GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 65-77, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained may be used for that purpose
