notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated May 21, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-002406 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York, Plaintiff and Gonzalo Acosta are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M., September 24, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
TRACT 1, LESS THE NORTH 165 FEET OF UNIT 60, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, AT PAGE 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
