NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 24, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-004972 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR WFHET 2006-2 is the Plaintiff and SARA EL-URFALI A/K/A SARAH EL-URFALI; ALAN S. EL-URFALI A/K/A ALAN EL-URFALI; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE A DIVISION OF WELLS FARGO BANK NA; INDIGO LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 24 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 114, BLOCK C, INDIGO LAKES, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGES 8 THROUGH 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
