notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 20, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-009235 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for the GSAMP Trust 2006-HE6 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-HE6, Plaintiff and Vincent Landolfi and Lory Landolfi, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on September 19, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE NORTH 165 FEET OF TRACT 12, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 95 AND 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
