Unit 1, Taylor One, a condominium and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, restrictions, terms, and other provisions of the Declaration thereof recorded in O. R. Book 2300, Pages 2949 - 3010, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and subsequent amendments thereto.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Lenore T.
