Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 20, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 12-00883-CA of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for cash in the Atrium, First Floor, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 18 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 8207, Golf View Manor ll, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as record in Official Record Book 892, Pages 1 through 72, inclusive, as amended and restated in Official Records Book 1813, Page 2367, as further amended, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida (“Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
