Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered by the Court on February 14, 2012, and the Order Adopting the Recommendation of General Magistrate and Directing Clerk to Set Sale entered by the Court on July 16, 2012, in Case No.: 06-002239-CA in the Circuit Court of for the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Joanne Bavi and Laurel Lakes Homeowner's Association, Inc. are Defendants, on September 18, 2012, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at a foreclosure sale conducted at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st Floor Atrium Area, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112-5324 at 11:00 a.m. in accordance with Section 45.031, Fla.Stat., the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 16, Block C, of LAUREL LAKES PHASE ONE AT LAURELWOOD, a P.U.D., according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 33, Page 32, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
