Final Judgment was awarded on June 07, 2012 in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-001581, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS, INC ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-16 is the Plaintiff, and, EDWARD BOLANO; NICOLE SWEET BOLANO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash IN THE ATRIUM, ON THE FIRST FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FL 34112 beginning at 11:00 AM on September 18, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 56, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 95., ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
