notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 6, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-1937-CC of the COUNTY Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FIELDSTONE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and PATRICIA SEIXAS; SECURED FUNDING CORP. and MERS, INC. are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: At 1st floor, Atrium, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 AM, on the 20 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 106, BUILDING 2, FIELDSTONE VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1809, PAGE 1147 THROUGH 1235, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
