Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 23, 2012, and entered in 11-2170-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida , wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER A. LYON; JANE SULLIVAN; GLADES GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, in the atrium, 1st Floor, Collier Cty Courthouse Annex, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on September 18, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BUILDING 70, UNIT 2, AKA 702 UP, NO 4, THE GLADES COUNTRY CLUB APTS., A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 548, PAGES 23 THROUGH 139, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA AND A
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
