NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 23, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-004614 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and RICHARD H. PRINE; CARRIE A. PRINE; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARRIE A. PRINE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; TENANT #1 N/K/A DANIEL HANEY N/K/A DANIEL HANEY N/K/A DANIEL HANEY N/K/A DANIEL HANEY N/K/A DANIEL HANEY, and TENANT #2 N/K/A CARRIE HANEY N/K/A CARRIE HANEY N/K/A CARRIE HANEY N/K/A CARRIE HANEY N/K/A CARRIE HANEY are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 18th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE EAST 180 FEET OF TRACT 60, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 96 IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 94, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
