NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 23, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-9783-CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein SOVEREIGN BANK,N.A., F/K/A SOVEREIGN BANK, is Plaintiff, and DAVID M. ZABKAR, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the 1st floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 20 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 7, Block 77, of Marco Beach Unit 3, Plat Book 6, page 17-24 Parcel Identification Number 56853600009

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
