NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Sale dated August 23, 2012, and a Final Summary Judgment dated June 6, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2011-CA-002602, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, is Plaintiff, and KATHRYN THOMAS A/K/A KATHRYN AYALA; ARMANDO AYALA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
DWIGHT E. BROCK, the Clerk of the Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at the First Floor Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 East Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, on the 18 day of September, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK G, LAKE TRAFFORD SHORES, UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
