notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 23, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-009842, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association successor by merger to LaSalle Bank NA as trustee for Washington Mutual Asset-Backed Certificates WMABS Series 2006-HE5 Trust, Plaintiff and Leonel Lopez and Carla A. Vasquez-Solis a/k/a Carla Vazquez, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on September 20, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 276 OF GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 8, PART 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 149, PF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
