This action has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, GILBERT GARCIA GROUP, PA, whose address is 2005 Pan Am Circle, Suite 110, Tampa, Florida 33607, on or before 30 days after date of first publication, which is April 29, 2011, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
