NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 10, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-011613 WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is Plaintiff and ZDRAVKO MARTIC; MERIMA MARTIC; ANY AND ALL UKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are defendants. The Clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on September 20, 2012, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1933, REGENCY PARK, UNIT TWELVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 7-9, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
