THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF APARTMENT NO. 2, BUILDING 144, A/K/A 1442, NO. 7, THE GLADES COUNTRY CLUB APTS., A CONDOMINIUM, AND UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THEREOF IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJEST TO THE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLERATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICAIL RECORD BOOK 602, PAGE 1306 THROUGH 1434, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED AND RESTATED IN OFFICAIL RECORDS BOOK 1513, PAGES 65 THROUGH 95, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on TRIPP SCOTT, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 110 S.E. 6th Street, 15th Floor, 33301, on or before (no later than 30 days from the date of the first publication of this Notice of Action) and file this original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
