NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 14, 2011, entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-002221-XXXX-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York As Successor To JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. As Indenture Trustee On Behalf of the Certificate Holders, CWHEQ Revolving Home Equity Loan Trust Series 2006-H is the Plaintiff and Michelle Beacham, a/k/a Michelle J. Beacham; Scott Beacham; aka Scott A. Beacham and Unknowen Tenants/ Owners, are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 21 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 480, EMBASSY HILLS UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 119, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
