NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 21, 2012 and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-004984ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein GMAC Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Kenneth P. Wilkins; Unknown Spouse of Kenneth P. Wilkins; Unknown Tenant(s); Heidi L. Kester; Unknown Tenant(s) and City of Zephyrhills, Florida, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on October 4, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 17, 18 and the South 10 feet of Lot 19, Block 101, CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, Florida, as the same are numbered and described by map or plat of the Town of Zephyrhills, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 54 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
